Jason Roraback
began working in the commercial printing industry in 1992. He worked in pressrooms, print production and management before finding his calling in sales. In 2009, while working as an account executive, Jason recognized the potential of door-to-door distribution as an economical alternative to direct mail. His hard work and enthusiasm enabled Klear to find success in distribution and to grow to handle all of his clients' marketing needs. Jason, known to appreciate fine wine and a good steak, enjoys living in the NW with his wife, Kari, and their two children.
Kari Roraback
has been actively involved in the casting and film industry for the last 10 years. While raising two wonderful children, Kari has also invested her time and energy into the founding and development of Klear Marketing. She currently manages Klear's HR and accounting, while contributing to the company's creative direction. Kari's positive, easygoing attitude and commitment to Klear's success have made her a favorite among the company's clients and employees. Kari enjoys watching her kids play sports, taking spontaneous road trips and watching movies.
Larry Stine
brings more than 20 years of printing experience to Klear's pressroom. A Ducks fan like most of the Klear staff, Larry previously worked at the University of Oregon as a press operator. He is also a US Army veteran. Larry enjoys reading and gardening, as well as spending time with his wife, Chris, his two children and his grandson.
Matt Field
got his start in direct sales at the young age of eighteen working for his parents' industrial supply company. He has helped many businesses improve with his out-of-the-box approach and creative ideas. After twelve years of working in the industrial market, he has been able to translate that success into marketing. Currently, he is attending Warner Pacific College where he majors in business. Matt was recently married to his wife, Carly. They have three kids, four chickens and a dog.
Jeremy Fischl
has had a career in management for nearly 10 years. He applies this management experience, along with his strong leadership skills and his self-identified "ability to manage chaos" to the demands of Klear's daily distribution. Jeremy, along with his fiance, Jessica, and their dog, Lilly, are recent transplants to Klear's Tacoma offices. An Oregonian most of his life, Jeremy enjoys huntin' and fishin', and avows his continued loyalty to the Ducks.
Jessica Horton
brings her background in customer service to Klear's distribution leadership. Her good-natured personality and easy laugh, along with her leadership chops, have made her a natural fit on the field and in the office. Jessica has been coaching three- to five-year-olds in all-star cheerleading for the last five years in Tigard. She is renowned among friends and coworkers for her pro-level cake decorating skills. Jessica enjoys camping and spending time on the water with her family.
